Soft Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
1 c. Puritan canola oil1 c. brown sugar1 c. white sugar2 eggs2 3/4 c. flour1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. salt1 tsp. cinnamon1 c. sour cream3 c. oatmeal1 1/2 c. raisins or Chocolate Chips1 c. Coconut1 c. nuts (optional)
Directions
Blend or mix all ingredients except raisins, oatmeal, and nuts. Batter will be soft and smooth. Stir in oatmeal, raisins and nuts.
Spoon onto greased cookie sheet. Cookies will be plump so use desired measuring spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Yields approximately 6 dozen.
