Turkey Squash Casserole

Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Zucchini, 4 cup, sliced *Summer Squash, 2 cup, sliced Onions, raw, 1 large, chopped or sliced 3 cloves garlic, diced *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz *Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup cooked Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 2 oz Herbs and spices and salt.
Preheat oven to 450.
Saute garlic and onion in one tbsp of olive oil, add seasonings (red pepper flakes, parsley, basil, oregano, garlic salt, and pepper).
Add ground turkey, and mix well until cooked thoroughly.
In greased baking dish, layer sliced squash with turkey onion mixture, and bake at 450 for 30 minutes.
Add shredded mozzarella, and bake for ten more minutes, or until cheese is golden.
