Ingredients
cauliflower, sweet potato, split peas, onion, garlic clove, vegetable broth, light balsamic vinegar, red curry paste, turmeric, ground ginger, pepper
Directions
Combine ingredients into crock pot. Stir well. Cover. Cook on Low for 8-9 hours or on High for 4 to 4.5 hours.
