Ingredients
2 C cooked Quinoa (1 C dry)2 T chopped pecans1 T olive oil1 Red Onion chopped! bunch basil chopped1/3 C lemon juice
Directions
While quinoa is cooking saute onion. Mix all chopped ingredients in a bowl!
