13 ounces (1 box) pasta (whole wheat or veggie works best)27 oz frozen creamed spinach, thawed1 lb. crab meat (imitation is fine), cut/shredded in small pieces2 cloves garlic, minced1 1/2 cup half & half1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
Cook pasta, set aside. While pasta is boiling, cut up crab and garlic. Mix together garlic and spinach over medium heat til warm. Add crab, parmesan, and half & half. Gently simmer uncovered for 10-15 minutes until mixture is warm, stirring often. Add pasta into the mixture and serve.
