Chili Chicken

Ingredients
2 tbsp. flour, boneless chicken thighs, canola oil, diced tomatoes, red pepper, frozen kernel corn, hot chili pepper, sour cream- low fat, cilantro
Directions
Measure flour into large, resealable freezer bag, Add chicken. Seal bag. Toss until coated. Put into slow cooker. Add next 6 ingredients. Stir well. Cover. Cook on Low for 8- 10 hours or on High for 4 to 5 hours. Add sour cream and cilantro. Stir well. Cover. Cook on High for about 5 minutes until heated through.
