Egg & Bacon Pie

Ingredients
Pie CrustEggsBaconMilkSpinachGrape TomatoesCheese Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Pre-bake Pie crust for 5 minutes to brown

Mix up eggs and milk - whisk well
Add spinach and stir
Pour into pie shell
Add shredded cheese (it will sink down into egg mixture)
top with sliced grape tomatoes

Bake in oven until cooked through.

Serving Size: 1 pie cut into 6 slices
