Spinach Walnut Salad

Ingredients
Salad1 cup Spinach 1/4 c. walnut pieces1 c. orange segments1/4 c. sliced red onionDressing:1 T Olive oil1 T white wine vinegar1 T honey1 t. black pepper or to taste
Directions
Salad:
Prepare salad greens and oranges. Toss.

Dressing;
Mix all ingredients together, pour over salad and toss well.
Divide into 2 equal servings and enjoy!
