Apple Sauce

Ingredients
10 lbs. Apples
Directions
Wash, quarter, core apples
Add 4 Cups water
Bring to boil
Simmer for 15 mins or until soft
Process through victorian strainer and return to pot
Bring to a boil
Fill sterilized pint jars
Water bath for 15 mins.
Remove and let cool.
Store in a cool dark place.
