Baked Lumpia

Ingredients
Cabbage, Carrot, Onion, Garlic, Pork, Beef
Directions
Shred all veggies and mince garlic. Add meat and soy sauce. Mix until thoroughly combined. Simmer in pot over medium heat until all meat is cooked. When cooled, add approximately 1 tablespoon of the mix on a roll and roll thin, tight. Place seam side down on a cookie sheet. Spray with Pam. Bake directly on oven racks at 450 until golden brown or about 15 minutes.
