Creamy Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 Head of Cauliflower1 Can of Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed)2 Tbsp ButterSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Cut florets off cauliflower head and boil until tender, but not mushy. I usually cook mine around 15 minutes. Drain off in a colander to remove as much water as possible to keep from being runny. Put cauliflower back in pot. Put butter in pot and pour cream of mushroom over the top of the florets, DO NOT STIR! Put a lid on the pot and let sit for 5 minutes allowing the butter to melt and the soup to warm up and run over all cauliflower. Salt and Pepper to taste.
