Campbells Chicken Scampi II

Ingredients
2 Tbl smart balance spread1# skinless boneless chicken breast (4 breasts)1 10 3/4 oz can fat free cream of chicken soup1/4 C. water2 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp minced garlic4 C. Hot cooked rice
Directions
Heat margarine in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Mix soup, water, lemon juice and garlic together in bowl. Add to chicken in pan. Heat to a boil. Cover and simmer over low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve with rice and spoon sauce over all.
