Turkey Lentil Soup

1 lb ground turkey (99% fat free)64 oz chicken broth (organic, range free, low sodium, no MSG)2-lb bag baby carrots1 c lentils1 c medium barley (raw)4 c water1 T chicken bouillon granulesdehydrated onion to tasteground cumin to tasteground oregano to tastebasil to taste
1. Brown the ground turkey until cooked through.
2. Put cooked ground turkey in soup pot and add the remaining ingredients. Season as desired with the spices.
3. Bring to a boil, then simmer until carrots, lentils and barley are cooked (1-2 hours).
4. Divide into 10 portions.
