Chicken Apple Curry Salad

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts ( boiled or grilled in honey mustard sauce )1 strip yellow pepper1 strip red pepper1 tbsp green pepper1 small carrot1 stalk celery1small onion1 small head of lettucei diced apple2 tbsp raisins1 handful of walnuts,crushed1 tbsp light mayo1 tbsp honey1 tsp mustard
Directions
Boil the chicken breast in chicken stock and set to cool ( i cooled in freezer for 15 minutes ! ) ..
or u can marinate chicken in honey mustard then grilled it in a skillet , superb too !

cut all the vegetables into cubes
,then add the chicken,apple, raisins and walnut..sprinkle the curry .
if u used boiled chicken,then make a honey mustard using the light mayo, mustard and honey or u just add the mayo ..mix well
,and serve cold :)
