Ingredients
1 Rustic Crust Ultimate Whole Grain Pizza Crust1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 pouch Rustic Crust Pizza Sauceapprox 13 Frozen, Pre-Cooked SHARE Meatballs - thawed & crumbled3 cups Sliced Baby Portabella Mushrooms8 oz Weyauwega Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
Preheat conventional oven to 450 F. Place frozen meatballs in microwave-save dish in single layer & cover. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Spray pizza pan w/ non-stick cooking spray. Remove pizza crust from package (be care to remove freshness packet, & place on pan. Pour olive oil on paper towel & spread on pizza crust. Then pour pizza sauce onto pizza crust & spread evenly with table knife. Remove meatballs from microwave and crumble. Spread evenly over pizza crust, making sure sauce & crust are mostly covered. Sprinkle evenly with mushrooms making sure no pizza sauce or crust is left uncovered. Now sprinkle evenly with the mozzarella cheese. Place pizza in oven. Reduce heat to 425 F. Set timer for 12 minutes. Check to see if done. Allow up to 2 minutes more time if not. (I like to have the cheese brown slightly in a few places.) Remove from oven, slice and serve.
