Panko-Breaded Baked Haddock

Ingredients
2 haddock filets (about 6 oz each)2 Tbsp flour2 tsp seasoned salt2 egg whites or 1/4 cup egg beaters1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line baking dish with foil & spray with cooking spray. Mix flour & seasoned salt. Dip fish in this mixture, then in egg whites, then in breadcrumbs. Place on baking dish & bake 13 to 15 minutes, until flakes easily with a fork.
