Gluten Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
2 c. Creamy Peanut Butter2 c. Brown Sugar2 eggs2 tsp. baking soda1 c. Chocolate Chips
Directions
Mix all the ingredients, adding the chips after stirring the first four ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Watch to make sure the cookies are baked, but not overdone. These can be rolled into sugar before baking to make them look fancy. Enjoy!
