Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
1 head of garlic, roasted(cut top off of head, put in foil, sprinkle with olive oil and bake at 375 for about half an hour)1 pound of potatoes - leave skin on1/4 cup of chicken brothsalt & pepper to taste.
Directions
roast garlic, boil potatoes. when potatoes are tender and garlic is done, squeeze garlic into potatoes and mash. Add chicken broth to get potatoes to desired consistency. salt and pepper to tast.
