Turkey Taco Salad

Ingredients
- 1 clove of Garlic- 0.5 tbsp chopped aw onions- 1 tbsp Canola Oil, - 2 cup of fresh Spinach- Turkey breast meat (pre-cooked), 4 slice( dice into small squares)- 2 Corn Tortillas-0.75 cup of Salsa
Directions
Sautee garlic, onions and canola oil in a small to medium size sauce pan for 3-5 minutes.

Add turkey meat to sauteed mix. Once the turkey is slightly browned (please use pre-cooked turkey...this recipe makes a great dish with leftover turkey), add fresh spinach leaves to the pan.

Once spinach has wilted, remove from fire. In a separate bowl/dish, crunch or smash corn tortillas and add the spinach and turkey mix.

With a fork or spoon, mix the salad turkey. If you'd like, you may add cheese.

This serves about 1-2 persons.
