1.5 cups cornmeal1 cup ff yogurt1/2 cup ff sour cream1/2 cup sugar free applesauce1.5 tsp baking powder0.5 tsp baking soda0.5 tsp salt2 eggs, beaten1 can green chilies, liquid strained away1/3 cup splenda1 can yellow corn
Directions
mix dry
mix wet (straining the chilies first). chop the can of yellow corn and drain well, if desired chopped. Or just leave whole.

bake at 375 until done.
