Chicken Salad with Vegetables

Ingredients
MayonnaiseChicken BreastPeppers (any)CeleryOnionLemon JuiceSalt and PepperOlive OilCayenne Pepper
Directions
Fry chicken in oil with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Set aside until cooled.
Chop onions, peppers and celery. Place in mixing bowl and add cooled chicken.
Mix together and add Mayonnaise.
Add lemon juice, and mix until combined.
Season with salt and pepper.

Serving Size: 4 small servings

Suggested to serve on a whole wheat tortilla with lettuce and tomatoes.
