Pumpkin Souffle

Ingredients
1 small pumpkin cooked (4 cups)2 cups skim milk1/2 cup splendaheavy sprinkle of cinnamon2 eggs
Directions
mix all ingredients in blender or food processor. Pour into large casserole (the thinner this is, the better). Bake at 350 for around 45 minutes.
