Greek Style Beans (spans,Fasolakia Ladera)

Ingredients
Beans, onions, tomato sauce, garlic
Directions
Saute chopped onions in hot oil. ( in the pot)

Add Tomato sauce (any kind will do)

Add boiled water stir, add beans stir.

Cover and let simmer for about 2 hours, untill the beans are tender.

When it's almost ready , add pressed garlic and salt.

Note: you can add garlic before the tomato sauce or even add less cloves if you don't like garlic that much, don't skip it though, it's pretty essential !



This a pretty simple recipe, feel free to be creative.
