Ingredients
1 cup light mayo1 cup light sour cream 1 tbsp curry powder1 Tbsp garlic powder2 Tbsp brown sugar 6 cups romaine lettuce1 cup bell peppers(yellow, orange or red) chopped 1 cup celery chopped1 cup broccoli chopped2 Tbsp parmesan cheese (or cheddar)2 Tbsp bacon crumbled or bacon bits3 large eggs hard boiled
Directions
mix first five ingredients together for dressing. In a tall bowl layer lettuce, peppers, celery, broccoli and chopped egg. Add another layer of lettuce, then dressing, parm cheese and bacon bits.
