Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup frozen blueberries, unthawed1 cup plain Greek yogurt1 cup Yerba Mate herbal tea (or your fave)1 packet Xylitol, 4 gms1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Put all ingredients into blender, and blend until preferred consistency. Can be taken to work in a glass jar or thermos.
