One dry cake mix1 egg1 can pumpkin2 cup shredded zucchini1 cup raisins1/2 cup walnuts1/2 cup coconut1/4 cup milled flax seed1 tsp cinnomandash nutmegMix all together and spoon into muffins tin lined with cupcake papers. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
