Mexican Style Chili Beans

Ingredients
Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast, 1 package (about 16 oz)Soyrizo (vegan chorizo), 1/2 package (about 6 oz)Bush's pinto beans, 2 cansOnion, 1 small-medium choppedBell pepper (red or green), 1/2 cup choppedGarlic, 4 cloves choppedLas Palmas red chile sauce (about 1/2 cup)Olive oil, 4 Tbspchili powder, 2 tspcumin (ground), 1 tspred pepper flakes, 1 tspblack pepper, 1 tspcayenne, 1/2 tsp
Directions
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to med-large French/Dutch oven over low heat. Add chopped onions and bell peppers. Let cook (sweat - do not burn) for 5 minutes. Add minced garlic (and chopped jalapeno, if desired) and cook for additional 5 minutes.

Add black pepper, red pepper flakes, cayenne, cumin, chili powder, and soyrizo and cook until broken down and mixed through.

Turn up heat to medium. Add ground turkey breast, Las Palmas red chile sauce, and remaining two tablespoons of olive oil. Mix together and cook through (about 10 minutes) while stirring occasionally.

Reduce heat to simmer. Add two cans of Bush's pinto beans (liquid and all). Mix together, cover, and let simmer for 10 minutes.

Taste and adjust spices as necessary.

Serve immediately.
