Creamy Broccoli & Cauliflower Cheesy Soup

1 lg box 98% fat free Chicken Broth (4 cups)1 bag of frozen broccoli 1 bag of frozen Cauliflower1 brick lower fat Velveeta cheeseSalt & pepper
Pour broth into stock pot
Add frozen bags of vegies
Bring to boil and cook until vegies are very soft.
Once soft, use emulsifier to blend until smooth and creamy.
Blend until you reach the desired consistency.
Add cut Velveeta into hot soup and stir until melted.
Salt & pepper to taste.
Salt and peper to taste.
