Ingredients
1/4c coconut butter2T coconut oil1 scoop Jarrow carribean chocolate protein powder1/4c ground chia seeds1T cocoa powder2 packets stevia, 6 packets splenda
Directions
blend everything together until well combined. press into a small rectangular container that has been lined with waxed paper. chill to harden. slice into bars and coat bars with reduced-fat unsweetened shredded coconut (adds about 15cal per bar)
