My Asian Style Chicken

Ingredients
7 1/4 Bonless Chicken Breast3/4 oz shredded carrots5/8oz sweet pepper1 tsp grated ginger2 tbsp ketchup1 tsp worcestershire sauce1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar1/4 cup water
Directions
Saute vegetables.
Add chicken and saute for 5 mins
Add ginger.
Mix worcestershire sauce, ketchup and vinegar in water and add to chicken and veges.
Cook for 15 mins or until chicken is tender.
