Pork and Butternut Pasta

1 large onion, diced3 Tb olive oil1 lb ground pork2 Tb fresh sage, chopped finely2 C cubed butternut squash, about one small squash1 C pork or chicken stock1 lb whole wheat pasta, rigatoni
Saute onion in oil. Add ground pork and brown, seasoning with salt and pepper and garlic powder. Add stock and butternut squash and sage. Simmer until squash is fork tender. Meanwhile, cook pasta to al dente or under. Add drained pasta to the pot of other ingredients. Allow to cook for about five more minutes or until pasta is cooked. Yum.
