Ingredients
1 tenderflake 9" single crust2 cups fresh pumpkin370 ml. 2% canned evaporated milk3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)2 eggs (large)1 tsp. gr. cinnamon1/2 tsp gr. mace1/2 tsp. gr. ginger
Directions
mix all ingredients in a blender and pour into the pie crust in a 9" deep dish pie plate
bake at 425 F for 15 min. the reduce to 350 F for 35 min.
