Ingredients
onioncelerycarrotsbag mixed vegetablesPetite cut diced tomatoes6 oz cooked chicken breast meatchicken broth or sometimes we use beef brothenough water to cover
Directions
saute onion, celery and carrots in dutch oven (I use olive oil spray, I didn't see it in the choices, so I avg. about 37 calories at most!)
add broth
add mixed vegetables and tomatoes and chicken
add additional water to thin out flavors
add spices you like.
