3 large eggs2 tsp splendadash of saltpinch of cream of tartar3 oz cream cheese (do not soften!!)
Separate the yolk and whites (keep both) Mix the whites and cream of tartar till stiff...
Then in separate bowl mix yolks, splenda salt and cream cheese
Fold the egg yolk mixture into the white mixture being careful not to break down the whites. Spray a cookie sheet with non stick cooking spray and spoon the mixture onto the sheet, making 6 mounds. Flatten each mound slightly
Bake @ 300 for 30 mins. (you want them slightly softer not crumbly.) Let cool then store in a bread sack or ziplock bag.
Serving Size: Makes 6 rounded peices
