Cop-out Crock Pot Tacos

Ingredients
1 lb. 90% lean ground beef (frozen is good)2 15-oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed1 cup salsa1 packet taco seasoning16 crunchy taco shells
Directions
Throw everything but the taco shells into your crock pot and cook on low for 4 hours.

Serve with whatever toppings you like -- I'm partial to guacamole and more salsa, myself.
