Since they did not come out crispy, I think I will try next time to cut into thinner slices instead of like French Fries. I will definately do these again & try different spices. - 2/11/09

I tried this but the only thing I found was I think I need to cut the fries much skinnier otherwise they aren't very crisy they a little to limp. - 10/3/07

My family loved this! I made two pans... one with sugar and one with salt and both were completely gone. Great recipe! - 9/24/11

Very good. I never had sweet potatoe fries before, but my friend loves them, so I thought I would give them a whirl, and we both loved them! - 3/21/08

My husband loves these and so do I. I do prefer them with just season salt instead of the brown sugar though. - 9/29/07
