Quick Fruit Compote

Ingredients
0.5 c strawberries, sliced (or another high-liquid fruit)1 tbsp dried blueberries (or other dried fruit)1 tbsp honey (or other invert sugar, like agave, Karo or maple syrup)Seasonings(I used cardamom and a pinch of salt)
Directions
Put all of the ingredients in a small pot or pan, cook on medium-high until thickened and soft. Stir occasionally.

If you want a little more pop, add some lemon zest.
