Chicken w/white wine and cream of mushroom soup

* Butter, unsalted, 4 tbsp (remove) * Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed (remove) * Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove) * *Campbells 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup (1can=1serv), 1 serving (remove) * *Barefoot Chardonay - 4 oz, 2 serving (remove)**1 c water
**saute chicken in butter till sides are browned
**take chicken out of skillet
**add cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup water, 1 cup white wine, salt/pepper to taste. Mix together.
**add chicken back to skillet and simmer on medium low for 40 min.
