4 tbsp Sesame Oil1 Large Yellow onion, chopped1 Medium Yellow Pepper, chopped1 Medium Red Pepper, chopped1/2 cup shredded carrots3 cloves garlic, minced1 lb ground turkeyLarge Leaf Lettace, ex. butter or red3 tbsp cilantro, minced4 tbsp soy sauce1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper.
Heat a pan on medium high with sesame oil. Add chopped red and yellow peppers, onions and shredded carrots. Cook until soft and then add garlic. In another pan, brown ground turkey. Drain the fat when cooked. Add the cooked veggies to the turkey and mix in soy sauce, cilantro, salt and pepper. Spoon into lettace. For extra flavor add a little stir fry sauce on top of the wrap (not included in nutritional information)
