Raisin Bran Mini Muffins

Ingredients
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease mini muffin pans or use paper liners.Beat the eggs slightly. Add rest of moist ingredients. Then add dry ingredients. Note: I used white whole wheat flour for the whole wheat flour and unbleached flour for the other flour.Mix until blended. Scoop by tablespoon into muffin pans.Bake for approximately 17 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
