1 med raw red onion 1 cup buttermilk canola oil 1 cup wondra flour kosher salt Groud black pepper
Directions
slice onion place in shallow baking dish and marinate 20 minutes. Prepare plate with paper towels and set aside. In Heavy sause pan or deep fryer add three quaters full with oil. Heat to 360. Add pepper to flour. Coat onion rings in flour...... Submerge in oil fry each 30 seconds to 1 minutes. Lightly season with salt...... Serve HOT !
