Ingredients
* 454 grams [1 lb.] Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers* 300 grams [2 cups] Spanish (Redskin) Peanuts, salted w/ skins on* 140 grams [3 1/2 cups] Fried Chow Mein Noodles, dry
Directions
1. In a glass or other microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate wafers (these melting wafers are like the ones used in chocolate moulds) in the microwave being careful not to burn the chocolate. Typically, microwave for a minute, stir, microwave for a minute more, remove from the microwave, stir until smooth.
2. Add in 3 cups of the chow mein noodles and peanuts; mix until coated.
3. Drop by generously-rounded tablespoonfuls (each cluster having a diameter roughly equal to the length of a chow mein noodle) onto waxed paper. When the mixture gets low, and there are mostly just peanuts and chocolate left, mix in the reserved 1/2 cup of chow mein noodles, and finish dropping the clusters on the waxed paper.
4. Let set until cool, placing in the frige if necessary (summer time).
5. Store in a cool place, and if storing the the refrigerator be sure to cover tightly as they will easily pick up refrigerator odors if stored uncovered.
6. Makes 24 / two dozen generous-sized clusters. Enjoy! :)

***NOTE: Each ingredient was first dry measured in a one-cup measure, and then weighed on a scale. You could make this either way, but the gram weight was entered for the nutritional calculations, and would be the most accurate. :)
