Super Easy Lactose-Free Eggnogg

Ingredients
6 cups Plain unsweetened light soy milk OR 6 cups lactaid (Dairy-Eze) milk1 large container egg substitute, like EggBeaters1 Tblsp. Vanilla Extract1/2 cup granulated sugar or equivalent sugar substitute
Directions
There is no cooking needed since the egg substitute is pasteurized! Just stir together the ingredients and chill thoroughly. Serve with the "kick" of rum if desired.

An even easier version uses Light Very Vanilla Soy Milk, and you can leave out the vanilla extract and sugar!

Recipe will make about 7 cups of eggnog.
