1 Cup Butterscotch Chips250 grams (8 oz) bag of Multi Colored Marshmallows1/2 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter1/4 Cup Butter1/2 Cup Coconut, shreaded
Melt Butter and peanut butter together. Mix in chips and stir until completely melted.
Remove from heat and keep stirring until cool to the touch. Add marshmallows (and coconut if desired). Stir well and press into a foil lined pan (9x22 is good). Refrigerate, slice and serve.
Depending on the size of pan you use, you can make them thick (high calorie) or thinner for a small taste.
