Ingredients
1 Portabello mushroom cap1/2 cup sliced bell pepper2 tbsp salsa, mild or hot, your choice 1/2 cup chopped lettuce 1/4 cup 2% Kraft Mexican taco cheese 1 Whole wheat Roll-up(or tortilla)
Directions
Take mushroom and cut into small strips. Take pepper and also cut into small stripes. Marinate in Salsa. Skewer veggies on kabob, and grill for 5-10 minutes, rotating frequently. When tender, put veggies into the wrap, sprinkling with cheese and lettuce. Wrap like a burrito. Enjoy.
