ProFlex 20 Protein Shake Mix - vanilla, 2 scoops (remove)Milk, 2%, 1.5 cup (remove)Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (remove)Kiwi Fruit, 1 fruit without skin, medium (remove)
Slice the fruit (I used a frozen banana - if yours isn't frozen you may want to add ice)
