Chicken Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Ingredients
14 cups water3 chicken breast (boneless skinless), frozen1 cup carrots 1/4 large red onion (about 1/2 cup chopped)1 cup Celery chopped4 to 5 Red Potatoes sliced thin.1/4 cup barley1 package Bear Creek Cheddar Broccoli Soup1 package California Style Vegetables.
Directions
Place 14 cups water into a large pot.
Slice frozen chicken into chunks and put in the water.
place carrots, celery, and onion into food processor and chop very tiny and put in the water
Slice potatoes thin and place in water
add the barley. Bring to a boil and cook until vegetables are soft and Chicken is fully cooked. Add the Cheddar broccoli soup and California Vegetables. Stir and simmer for about 5 or so minutes until incorporated into soup. It should thicken only a little. Makes about 3 quarts.
