Pumpkin Chia Pudding

Ingredients
1/2 cup canned pumpkin1 cup unsweetened almond milk2 Tbs PB2 (powdered peanut butter)1 Tbs chia seed1 tsp pumpkin pie spice2 packets of Stevia in the Raw1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Place all ingredients into the Vitamix, blender or food processor. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to high. Blend for 60 seconds. Transfer to separate container. Let cool in fridge for at least 30 mins before serving.
