Colonial Brown Bread

4 cups buttermilk4 cupsw whole wheat flour1.3 cups white flour1 cup brown sugar4 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt
Combine dry ingredients and mix. Add liquids and mix well. Separate dough into two greased 9" loaf pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for about an hour.
Note: Recipe is for buttermilk--I use nonfat milk, and lemon juice to make 4 cups.
