Ingredients
1-1/4 lb red potatoes cut in chunks3 clove garlic3/4 fat free sour cream1/2 cup shredded light cheddar1 lb extre lean ground beef2 TAB flour3 cups frozen mixed vegetable, thawed3/4 cup less sodium beef broth2 TAB catsup
Directions
cook potatoes and galic in boiling water till potaoes are tender. Drain,add sour cream and mash,stir in 1/4 cheese.
Preheat oven to 375. Brown meat and stir in flour,cook 1minute.Add veg,broth,catsup,cook 5 minutes.Spoon in a 8-inch square dish.Top with otatoesBake 20 minutes,top with rest of cheese,bake till melted
